You can read the first page-to-screen post here. This is basically just a post rounding up all of the recent book to movie/TV show adaption updates (and I say recently, but I really mean since the last post, so some of it might be a bit older since that was back in February).
I'll try not to repeat stuff from the first post and there will probably be things that I forget or just haven't heard, so if you know of any updates I've missed then just leave a comment.
A new production company have bought the rights to Incarceron:
Much Ado About Nothing by Shakespeare
Percy Jackson: The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordon
Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare
Carrie by Stephen King
Summer in February by Jonathan Smith
You can see bigger versions here and here. I'm not going to include the set pictures, but if you want to see those just look up one of the Divergent fan sites and they should have them.
There's also been some Catching Fire pictures since February too, but I don't have time to hunt down all the links right now, they shouldn't be too hard to find if you want to see them.
Also, some other TV shows that are airing now or due to start later this year that could count as adaptions (I'll link the trailers/promos if they're out):
Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. Again, this one sort of counts I suppose since it's inspired by Alice in Wonderland. It's a spin off of the Once Upon a Time TV show and I think it looks pretty good.
Ravenswood - I haven't finished the Pretty Little Liars book series, so I'm not sure if this one ties into the book series too or if it's purely a spin off of the show, but this is happening.
Bates Motel and Hannibal. Both of those were inspired by books (or movies based on books), so I guess those do kind of count as book adaptions (I watched Bates Motel and it's pretty good, it's a prequel to Psycho, basically showing Norman Bates as a teenager and how he ended up the way he did).
Annnd that is all I can think of right now. Did I miss anything? Which of these are you excited for?

Rights sold:
Universal has bought the rights to School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani (which sounds pretty good and is on my TBR list).A new production company have bought the rights to Incarceron:

I'm just going to link the trailers because there's too many to put into the post without making the page a nightmare to load for people with slower internet. Casting/Director updates:
- Dylan O'Brien has been cast as the lead in the movie adaption of The Maze Runner. There's also a bunch of other people listed in the cast, but I've not read the book yet so I'm not sure which are the important characters to mention beyond Dylan's, so you can see who else has been cast here and read some more details about the movie in this article.
- The movie of The Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead has started production, I think, and the cast is complete. You can see all of the cast here (I love the choices for Christian and Mia--she was who I actually wanted in the TFiOS movie, so I'm glad we'll at least get to see her in something).
- Divergent has also started production, so the cast for that is complete too.
- Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort will be playing Hazeul and Augustus in The Fault in Our Stars (as well as Tris and Caleb in Divergent)
- Shailene is also in The Spectacular Now, based on the book by Tim Tharp (not sure when this one is released, most of the stuff I've found about release dates have been festivals).
- Not sure how official this is, but Hailee Steinfeld is apparently in the running to play the female lead in Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler. Beth McCarthy Miller (30 Rock, Modern Family) is directing.
- I don't think I included any news about Austenland in the last post, but there's a few clips from the movie released.
Set/character photos:
A few Divergent photos have been released, some from the set and others stills from the movie.
There's also been some Catching Fire pictures since February too, but I don't have time to hunt down all the links right now, they shouldn't be too hard to find if you want to see them.
Book to TV shows:
Delirium and The Selection both had pilots made, but neither were picked up by their networks, see here and here for more details. I don't know if this means they won't be happening at all or if they'll shop them around and see if any other networks are interested (although, this was the second attempt at making The Selection--last year they made a pilot, didn't get picked up, they went back to the drawing board and came back and made a new pilot with a different cast, so for that to be rejected too probably isn't a good sign). [Note from Julie: I read the script for The Selection's pilot. It was truly awful.
