A very special author event. 

Always Delicious with Lauraine Jacobs & Sam Mannering - Monday 1 October.
 
Ever since Lauraine started writing the FOOD column in the NZ Listener it has been a go-to weekly resource for reliable recipes which champion seasonal ingredients. Now, in association with Potton & Burton, those favourite recipes are being published in one gorgeous book - ALWAYS DELICIOUS. Accompanied by tips, tricks & food chat, each recipe is beautifully photographed by Liz Clarkson.

To celebrate the launch, we are absolutely delighted to welcome Lauraine to our kitchen for an evening of food chat with Sunday Magazine Food Editor, Author & Restaurateur Sam Mannering. 
 
 
While she really needs no introduction, Lauraine Jacobs is the FOOD COLUMNIST for the NZ LISTENER magazine. Trained at the London Cordon Bleu School she has been writing on all matters culinary for more than 25 years.
A passionate cook and lover of simply presented fresh food, she has won many food and recipe writing awards including two Gold Ladles at the World Food Media Awards. She is a tireless champion of the New Zealand fine culinary scene, especially small artisan producers, regional specialty foods and farmers markets throughout the country.
Lauraine was very proud to accept an MNZM in the Queen's Birthday Honours List in 2009 for services to the food industry.
